Havas Creative Group has announced that Stephanie Nerlich, global chief client officer, will take on the additional role of executive managing partner, North America, broadening her remit and continuing to report to Chris Hirst, Global CEO, Havas Creative. Stephanie has a decorated history, most recently as a part of the executive leadership team at MDC Partners, where she contributed to optimizing their 28 leading agency brands, including 72 & Sunny and Anomaly, and their $1.5B creative portfolio. Since arriving at Havas in January as global chief client officer, Stephanie has demonstrated her wealth of experience in contemporary agency management, fostering client relationships and strengthening company culture. In her new role, Stephanie will be responsible for all Havas Creative Network agencies in North America. We are confident that her leadership and expertise will benefit our NA business, clients, and people greatly.

Quote from Chris Hirst: “We believe that our organization is simply the sum of our people. To be a leading creative company, we must have more than our fair share of top talent and a range of diverse skillsets and backgrounds. Stephanie fits that bill — she’s a proven leader who drives results and we are extremely lucky to have her on the team.”

Stephanie said: “In the six months I’ve been at Havas, I’ve seen first-hand a values-based organization that believes in making a meaningful difference. I’m inspired by the opportunities ahead, as Havas Creative Group’s agencies are home to some of the most talented people in the industry. I look forward to helping all of our agencies across North America capitalize on the current momentum we have, as we shape our future together as a leading creative network.”
